Biden said he is “so tired of hearing about the demise of the Democratic Party” as it heads into the 2014 midterm cycle.

“Give me a break, there is no Republican Party,” he added, lamenting that the GOP is not “strong” enough to rein in its own members and make room for bipartisan compromises.

Biden said he has agreed to help fellow Democrats in more than 120 races around the country.

The vice president chided Democrats for not speaking up more about popular domestic priorities like raising the minimum wage.
