Whatever the hell that means.

Hillary Clinton on Wednesday defended ObamaCare, but said she’s open to “evidence-based changes” in the program, according to CNN.
“I think we are on the right track in many respects but I would be the first to say if things aren’t working then we need people of good faith to come together and make evidence-based changes,” she said in remarks to the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society in Orlando.
Clinton said the problem of small businesses moving full-time workers to part-time status to avoid paying for their healthcare coverage should be addressed.
“Misinformation,” about the law, Clinton said, is making it difficult to talk about the law in Washington.
“Part of the challenge is to clear away all the smoke and try to figure out what is working and what isn’t,” Clinton said. “What do we need to do to try to fix this? Because it would be a great tragedy, in my opinion, to take away what has now been provided.”
