Vice President Joe Biden said there’s a 50/50 chance he’ll run for president in 2016, and that his decision won’t be affected by whether Hillary Clinton also enters the race.

During an appearance on “The View,” the 71-year-old vice president said his experience since 2009 “uniquely positions me to follow through on the agenda Barack and I have.”

“Three years is four lifetimes in a presidential campaign,” Biden said, adding that his wife Jill was “supportive” of him. “I absolutely have not said ‘no.’ It’s as likely I run as I don’t run. I just truly haven’t made up my mind.”
