House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) lashed out against Fox News on Thursday afternoon, criticizing the network and joking that her interview with Greta Van Susteren fulfilled her quota of Fox appearances for the year.
During her weekly press conference, a reporter — presumably for Fox — asked the Congresswoman about a recent agreement she apparently made to do an interview with Bill O’Reilly. The Fox host recently conducted an interview with President Barack Obama, but had apparently convinced Pelosi to speak with him as well.
“Bill O’Reilly has a quick question for you,” the reporter told Pelosi on Thursday. “He ran into you at the Kennedy Center Honors recently, and you said you’d do an interview with him. In fact, you said you’d do an interview in your office.” […]
“I was not pleased with the disrespect he showed to the President, so that wasn’t like a warmer-upper,” she added.
