Film mogul Harvey Weinstein says he plans to produce a movie that will make the National Rifle Association wish it never existed.

“I’m going to make a movie with Meryl Streep, and we’re going to take this issue head on, and they’re going to wish they weren’t alive after I’m done with them,” Weinstein told Howard Stern on his radio show Wednesday, according to audio from Mediaite.

Weinstein was on Stern’s show talking about a new project he’s working on based on a novel about a Holocaust uprising. When asked by Stern, the movie producer said he doesn’t own a gun.

“I never want to have a gun,” Weinstein said. “I don’t think we need guns in this country, and I hate it, and I think the NRA is a disaster area.”
