This is an NBC report, wonder of wonders.

This law will cut costs and make coverage more affordable for families and small businesses.” -President Obama, June 22, 2010
That would be nice if it were true. But, as we see here, for the 40 employees of Extreme Dodge in Jackson, Michigan, it’s not. This NBC report gives us a behind-the-scenes look at how Obamacare is actually affecting small business, and it’s not pretty.
After owner Wesley Lutz realized the company’s policy was cancelled due to the new law, he decided to instead provide $2,400 (more than previous years) to each employee so they could individually purchase insurance. He brought in a broker to help his employees get on a group plan.
