Mike Huckabee on Sunday pegged the chances that he would run for president in 2016 at about 50 percent.

“I would say maybe at this point it is 50-50, but I don’t know — I don’t know that I would put a percentage on it,” the former Republican governor from Arkansas said on “Fox News Sunday.”

Huckabee, who hosts his own show on Fox News, also disputed the idea that he proactively sought out interviews with three outlets, including The Washington Post, who all interviewed

Huckabee about his potential 2016 run at the same time — something that host Chris Wallace suggested makes Huckabee seem quite eager to run.
