Ironic choice of words…

Via USA Today:

President Obama said Wednesday that his health care law is recovering from a “rocky start” over a malfunctioning website, and that hundreds of thousands of people are starting to sign up for coverage.

“We’re absolutely confident that the demand is there, the need is there,” Obama said after meeting with a group of mothers who are promoting the law in their communities.

Referring to one of his guests, Obama said: “Nothing can replace the story that Mary Todd is telling in the grocery store to somebody who may be skeptical.”

The law has been criticized by Republicans and others for the faulty website and cancellations of millions of insurance policies because they do not meet new federal requirements.
