An internal e-mail chain between Henry Chao the administration’s I.T point-man on Healthcare.gov details concerns over the readiness and stability of Healthcare.gov just days before it was to launch.  E-mail came to light by Darrell Issa and were reported on by Sharyl Attkisson.

The e-mails discuss Chao’s expectations for Healthcare.gov on Oct 1 and how he felt the site might handle up to 10k users concurrently while expecting to have to handle up to as many as 50k concurrent users.
