Watch the spin on this one! The Obamacare architect, Ezekial Emanuael (yes, Rahm’s brother, another from Chicagoland) is actually spinning in his seat. At around 4:40 comes the part where James Capretta of the American Enterprise notes that HHS wrote a regulation intentionally trying to get people out of the individual market, to force them into the exchanges. Emanuel then makes a mistake and admits “the individual market is going away”. That is their aim and purpose with this.
