According to Oregon’s Healthcare Exchange website, users trying to access the website with any browsers using the webkit engine (FireFox, Safari, Chrome etc).  The hilarious part of this is that as a result, it also does not work on iPad or iPhone as well.  Thus making Oregon’s exchange super appealing to young voters.
