I’m guessing libs around the country were nodding their heads in approval.
Via Daily Caller:
Talk host Michael Savage called the founding fathers “slave-holding demagogues” on his Friday national radio show, telling his listeners he was tired of the right invoking past leaders.
Savage posed the question to his listeners: Would they support a so-called “nationalist” candidate for president that kept in line with his long-standing emphasis on borders, language and culture?
One place, however, Savage indicated it would be inappropriate to look would be back at history to the nation’s founding and the men who were behind it.
“Would you support a nationalist candidate, OK?” Savage said. “I will change the question from a ‘nationalist party,’ I’ll change it. Would you support a nationalist candidate running on the Republican ticket? I don’t want to hear the word ‘conservative’ anymore. It has no meaning whatsoever because I don’t want to hear any more about George Washington or people with false teeth. I don’t want to hear about the old men who created America. They’re not gods. They were just slave-holding demagogues, all of them.”
From the few times I’ve listened to Michael Weiner aka “Michael Savage” the only person he likes is . . . Michael Savage.
