Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius joined MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell on Tuesday to discuss the rollout of the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance exchanges. When asked to address the many “glitches” that the system has experienced, Sebelius attributed them to the high volume of traffic the exchanges websites are experiencing. She said that this was, in fact, “a great problem to have.” […]

“We have had a few slow-downs, a few glitches,” Sebelius conceded. “But it’s sort of a great problem to have.”
