While thousands of federal employees face indefinite furloughs, as a result of the first federal government shutdown in seventeen years, something that is concerning to most Americans. Chris Matthews however is not one of those Americans. Matthews appeared on NOW With Alex Wagner to voice his concern about who will feed the elephants at the National Zoo.
