UPDATE:

Biden was taken into custody after resisting arrest and becoming physically confrontational with officers.  Officers were told the fight originally started over a rent related dispute between Biden and her as yet unnamed roommate.  After resisting entry to a holding cell, Biden was transported to Beth-Israel Hospital after complaining of chest pains and difficulty breathing.

UPDATE:

Seems Miss Biden was arrested and taken into custody yesterday for striking a NYC Police Officer, not the disturbance she caused to the public by fighting w/ her roommate
