(O Globo) — The first lady Michele Obama remembered, making a brief speech to underprivileged youngsters in Brasília, her humble origins. She said she did not have much money in childhood and divided the room with her brother. And added that already was in place of those who are sitting in the audience and that there is no reason why they do not reach where it arrived today. And that, to get there, look back and help others to achieve well.

— No matter who you are or where you come from, what is important is to dream and struggle to achieve their dreams. Believe that anything is possible.

Playful, Michele said that President Barack Obama also was humble and that “now he is smart, but it took a long way here.” Michele Obama is accompanied by her mother, Marian Robinson, of two daughters, Malia and Sasha, and godmother.

Since becoming first lady, Michelle said to be taking the opportunity to learn other cultures on travel which is beside her husband. He said he has encouraged the American youth to learn about other Nations.
