I don’t know about the best pope ever but it’s nice to see a Pope who embraces people with such joy, particularly at such a difficult time in the world. He supposedly also randomly calls some people who write to him, including a female rape victim from Argentina, who picked up the phone and heard someone say, “Hi, It’s the Pope”.
