Obama says we will not act “without a UN mandate”? Obama makes very clear that he is placing U.S. military responses subservient to UN permission.
Likely this means this will face further waffling. “Obama has not made a decision”. Pretty much about anything.
If this were really being considered, would it make sense to so broadly advertise it? Of course there are so many leaks out of the Obama administration, who knows…
