The 18th woman to accuse San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment has stepped forward, a move that comes as mediation talks concerning the embattled mayor’s future kicked off this week.

Dianne York, a businesswoman, told CNN that the mayor touched her inappropriately during a photo op.

Filner last month held a press conference during which he apologized for his actions, he but has not stepped down from his post. He just completed a related therapy program and mediation talks got under way this week between Filner, lawyers and other parties, which could include negotiations over a path to resignation.
