According to the Islamic state Youtube channel, these 2 guys are from the town of Nobol and the town of Alzaharaa in Aleppo (these 2 towns are known by their support to the regime)..according to them, they got kidnapped so the regime can release some of their “brothers” but the regime didn’t respond to their demands… so they executed them.
