Christie is a douchebag, he had plenty of time to hold hands with Obama and play games on the boardwalk.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has no interest in making nice with fellow Republican Sen. Rand Paul.

The two have been publicly sparring over the past week, after Christie labeled the libertarian approach to foreign policy that Paul espouses “dangerous” in a speech last week.

On Wednesday, Paul extended an olive branch.

“I think with Gov. Christie it’s gotten a little too personal, so we’re ready to kiss and make-up,” he said on Fox News.

“I’m inviting him for a beer anytime he would like to come down and sit down at the pub right around the corner from the Senate,” Paul added.

But the New Jersey governor was not having it.

“I’m running for re-election in New Jersey. I don’t really have time for that at the moment,” Christie said Wednesday evening on New Jersey 101.5 FM, The Star Ledger Reported. “If I find myself in Washington, I’ll certainly look him up, but I don’t suspect I’ll be there anytime soon.”
