As the date for implementation draws near, support for state implementation of President Obama’s health care law is declining.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 41% of Likely U.S. Voters would like their governor to support implementation of the law, while 48% want their governor to oppose it. Eleven percent (11%) are not sure.
