NFL punter Chris Kluwe, who gained notoriety for his outspoken views on same-sex marriage, prides himself on preaching “more tolerance and more acceptance.” That is, unless you happen to disagree with him. After tossing obscenities at Texas governor Rick Perry on national television last night, Kluwe then likened Perry’s views on abortion to slavery.
Appearing on Conan, Kluwe proudly discussed his infamous, expletive-ridden letter to a Maryland state representative for his support of traditional marriage; Kluwe took issue with the representative’s request that the Baltimore Ravens “take the necessary action … to inhibit” one of its players from voicing his support for same-sex marriage. Kluwe displayed his so-called skills in “colorful language” by targeting Perry for supporting the abortion bill that led to this week’s filibuster. “Rick Perry is a syphilitic cow-felcher who I wouldn’t trust to feed starving people in a buffet line, let alone take care of women’s rights in one of the largest state in our union,” he said.
Gotta love how libs claim to be all about “tolerance” but when it comes to different political views they are the most intolerant group of people on Earth.
