Ever wanted to meet the President? Well thanks to his former campaign organization, you now might have a shot!
Organizing for Action, the nonprofit spawned out of the 2012 Obama campaign juggernaut, has launched a contest allowing grassroots supporters to enter for a chance to meet the President. The winner and a guest will receive an all-expenses trip to an OFA event this summer, where they will meet the POTUS backstage.
“Sometimes these contests can seem a little cheesy,” the OFA email about the contest reads. “But it boils down to this: We’re doing it because President Obama says over and over again that he loves meeting with grassroots supporters. So why not take a shot?”
All one has to do to enter is supply their email address and zip code, thereby allowing the organization to send fundraising emails in the future. After submitting that information, entrants will also be asked if they want to contribute to OFA.
