Islamabad, Jun 13 (IANS) — A suspected terrorist was killed in Pakistan’s port city of Karachi [an Islamic militant hotbed -ed], Geo News reported Thursday.

According to police, the incident occurred when a grenade went off in the hand of an alleged terrorist who was planning a terror strike in his house, killing him on the spot.

Prior to this, two handgrenade explosions also took place in the area, police added.
