Feel good story of the day.

(GNA) — A would-be suicide bomber was killed Saturday morning when his explosive jacket went off prematurely in Afghan capital Kabul, the Kabul police confirmed in a statement.

“A suicide attacker was killed in a house in Shah Shaeed, a residential area in southeastern Kabul at early Saturday morning,” the Kabul police said in the statement, adding no other people was hurt in the blast.

The obvious target of the attacker remained unknown.

On Friday evening, four people including a policeman, two security guards and a child were killed, and 14 others including five foreigners were wounded in a complex suicide bombing and shooting attack on a UN-affiliated organization — the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in central Kabul, said the statement.
