Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was touted as a rising star in the Democratic party and has hinted at a run for Governor of California. If you’ll recall, he was the one who at the Democratic National Convention called a “No” vote a “Yes” vote on reinserting Israel and God back into the DNC platform.

Apparently, he is suffering some tough times now that he will be leaving office soon. Despite earning over 200,000 a year in salary as Mayor, he is reportedly broke.

With traditional tin ear, some minion thought this would be funny to take the above picture.

But a mayor unable to manage his own money or pay attention to the law is perhaps not so funny…
