According to our local Fox affiliate the guy in the white hat will be identified as suspect #2 by the FBI during their 5:00 pm news conference.

According to the report the FBI will be releasing a picture of the other suspect during their press conference, I’ll update as soon as it’s released.

Looks like suspect #1 is dark-skinned and #2 is white. Is that considered a wash for the left who was desperately hoping to see two white faces.
