Really? She thinks Barack’s ego is somehow not big enough?

Michelle Obama, hosting a White House event ahead of Tuesday’s concert celebrating Memphis soul, quipped that she likes to humor President Obama a little on his singing abilities.

When introducing Al Green, she noted that he is “somebody my husband thinks he sounds like.”

“Let’s just tell him he does, okay?” she said. “Since he is the President, we like to boost him up a little bit.”

The president famously sang a few bars of Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” during a campaign stop last year , a moment that instantly went viral.
