Bizarre footage showing North Korean military dogs savaging the effigy of an enemy minister is the latest propaganda stunt from the pariah state.

Video broadcast on state TV on Sunday also sees soldiers using a picture of South Korean defense chief Kim Kwan-Jin’s face as target practice.
