Alternate headline: Obama to continue flaunting law for another two weeks.
WASHINGTON — One of Washington’s great mysteries has now been put to rest: President Obama will formally unveil his budget on April 10.
For weeks, the White House said Obama’s budget for next fiscal year would come the week of April 8 but declined to give an exact date.
By law, Obama was required to submit his budget in early February, meaning he’ll be more than two months late with his blueprint.
