TEHRAN, March 13 (MNA) – The Head of Iran’s Basij Organization, in an ironic style, has appreciated and awarded Michelle Obama for her unwanted role in exposing Hollywood and Oscars Academy’s allegiance to the US government.

In a staff meeting in ‘The Land of the Light’ conference for basiji youth, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Reza Naqdi said that for the last recent years film festivals such as Oscars had been an obvious device for denouncing Iran and Islam. “We should positively use the people’s participation in this festival to defend our values,” he added.

The Head of Iran’s Basij Organization had an ironic style hints for announcement of anti-Iran film ‘Argo’ as winner by Michelle Obama and said: “Mrs. Obama’s action was awesome, and if we had spent billions of dollars, we could not show a link and allegiance between Hollywood and the US government and the White House, especially since they have always denied the allegations, and posed as an independent.”

At the end of the meeting, the Basiji conference decided to present Mrs. Obama with special award from People’s Art Festival for her unwanted role in exposing Hollywood and Oscars Academy’s allegiance to the US administration, and improving global awareness to this fact, and the fact that Oscars has no artistic value.
