Via Beltway Confidential:

Sen. Pat Toomey R-Pa. and Sen. Ron Johnson were among the twelve Republican U.S. Senators who joined President Obama for dinner this evening, as Sen. Rand Paul R-Ky continued his filibuster on the Senate floor.

Toomey and Johnson, however, joined their colleagues in the Senate afterwards at around 11:00 p.m.

According to the White House, the President and the Senators dined at the Jefferson Hotel but reportedly did not discuss Paul’s filibuster.
