Young Jeezy seems like a delightful young man.

Houston Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee was in the midst of NBA All-Star Game festivities in Houston this past weekend.

The Democratic congresswoman from Houston took time to honor Atlanta hip-hop star Jay Jenkins, known as “Young Jeezy,” for his community work across the country.

During All-Star Game weekend, Jackson Lee presented with a “Certificate of Congressional Recognition” embossed with a gold seal.

“Your core values of hard work and integrity has helped improve youth in the Houston community,” declared the certificate, which was signed by Jackson Lee.

Young Jeezy founded the  ”Street Dreamz Foundation,” which gives back to youth living in impoverished, urban areas.

Jackson Lee lauded his “outstanding contribution” to the lives of young people.

“The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches but to reveal to them their own,” Jackson Lee’s certificate stated.
