Put y’all back in chains!

MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Republican presidential ticket has “become shameless in the last two weeks,” Vice President Joe Biden said here Thursday as President Obama launched his closing argument.

“The American people are asking themselves a question in these final days, who can they trust?” Biden told a crowd of 425 gathered in a middle school gym about 30 miles west of Davenport. “Who will stand up for the middle class?” he asked, as the crowd shouted back: “Obama!”

As Election Day approaches, “these guys have become truly desperate,” Biden said, referring to Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. “Gov. Romney will say virtually anything to win. As the [Cleveland] Plain Dealer put it, he’ll do anything ‘no matter how much confusion he must sow to do it.'”
