BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Though he has so far declined to use the word, the White House confirmed that President Obama does believe the attack against four Americans in Libya was an act of terrorism.

Seven days after the September 11th attack, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center finally acknowledged before Congress that the administration believed there was a link to terrorism.
