Campaigning in New Hampshire today, President Obama began by praising Bill Clinton and Joe Biden before grading his own speech.

Obama related an email he received after Clinton’s speech suggesting that he appoint Clinton as the “Secretary of Explainin’ Stuff.”

“I like that. Secretary of Explaining Stuff,” Obama said. “‘Splainin.’”
