Really? — He didn’t learn that until he became president?

(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama at a briefing with reporters at the White House today said, “You can’t just make stuff up.  That’s what you learn as president of the United States.”

In commenting on assertions by the GOP’s Mitt Romney-Paul Ryan campaign that the Obama administration waived the work requirement rules for welfare recipients, Obama said, “You can’t just make stuff up. That’s what you learn as president of the United States.”
