Last night at a fundraiser co-hosted by actress Anne Hathaway, President Obama remarked that her performance in the new Batman movie was his favorite part.
After thanking Hathaway for hosting, Obama remarked, “I did get a chance to see Batman. And she was the best thing in it.”
Hathaway played the character of cat burglar Selena Kyle in the summer Batman blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises. Other notable performances included actors Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, and Michael Caine.
“That’s just my personal opinion,” Obama added.
