Just coming out, I’ll update shortly with a story.

Update: I sense some serious outrage will ensue. Cue Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

(CNN) — The judge has set a bond of $150,000, with conditions.

The conditions include:

— GPS monitoring

— No contact with the victim’s family

Here’s what the over-zelous prosecutor wanted:

The state’s attorney is now making a case against leniency when it comes to the bond decision, and has asked for no bond, or a bond of $1 million.

The state’s attorney argued that Zimmerman is a danger to the public, citing not only the second-degree murder charge, but a previous charge of battery against a law enforcement officer, which was discussed at length earlier in the hearing.

The Sanford PD has the SWAT team in place for a possible violent reaction by Trayvon supporters. Via NY Post:

Martin was killed on February 26. Zimmerman, who is being held on charges of second-degree murder and has a bail hearing today, claims he shot the teen in self-defense.

Florida officials are preparing for a possible backlash today if Zimmerman walks free from his bond hearing.

Barricades were placed outside Seminole County Courthouse in Sanford. An Emergency Operations Center was on standby and a SWAT team will be placed on alert.

“We are prepared for all the contingencies,” Sanford city manager Norton Bonaparte told myFOXorlando.com.
