Tortelloni filled with Barinaga Ranch basseri cheese and wild nettle

Poularde in diverse preparations:

Roast breast filled with black salsify, savory cabbage and

Leg fricassee with chanterelle mushroom

Sweet dumpling squash puree and marble potato

Chocolate Cemeux

Straus Family Creamery milk jam and chocolate caramel dentelle
