Zooey Deschanel has shot to fame in the last six months on the strength of her new FOX sitcom, “New Girl.” Her skyrocketing profile has helped her bring attention to her website, HelloGiggles.com, and the work it’s doing with the White House to encourage young women to make a difference in their communities. As a thank you for her hard work, President Obama sent Deschanel a letter for her 32nd birthday on Tuesday, which she tweeted about with her trademark pure enthusiasm.
