Carney wants us to believe Obama has any intention of working with Congress? — Really?

The level of his engagement is relatively low right now because he has work to do as president. He is very focused on his number one priority: Doing everything he can as president working with Congress, or using his executive authority, or working with the private sector, to grow the economy and create jobs.”
