This Saturday may mark the end of 2011 and the coming of the New Year. But, it is also the single most important Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline of the year.
The Year-End deadline means everything to the pundits, the media and our Republican opponents as they use the amount of money we report in the bank as a measure of our strength and determination to reelect President Obama and have a Democratic Majority.
We set an aggressive goal of raising $1 million in the final days before December 31st and launched a matching campaign where every dollar you donate is matched by a generous group of committed donors 2-to-1.
These Tea Party radicals were willing to raise hardworking Americans’ taxes by $1,000 just to ensure no billionaire was left behind.
