Putin reassured he has nothing to fear from the Obama regime.

Speaking to reporters in Kiev, Secretary of State John Kerry criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin for moving military forces intoUkraine, but specifically said the U.S. was not seeking confrontation.

“President Obama and I want to make it clear to Russia and to everybody in the world that we are not seeking confrontation,” he said, reminding Russia that there was a better way to ensure their interests in Ukraine.
