Don’t think for a minute the sheeple here in the People’s Republic wouldn’t vote him into office.
Via The Hill:
Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) shot down the possibility of running for Senate or governor in Massachusetts.
Frank was asked Thursday night on MSNBC if he would run for Senate if Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) were picked for secretary of State after Hillary Clinton retires, or if he would run to succeed Gov. Deval Patrick (D).
“No. It’s flattering people mentioned it. The Senate seat — I’m 72 years old,” Frank, who is retiring from his House seat, said. “I don’t think at 72 you commit yourself to a six-year term.”
